I love to laugh. I have a sarcastic sense of humor and Im not a fan of drama. Im a happy person and pretty optimistic in general, Im also a hopeful romantic. I love going to the zoo and museums and traveling, going on adventures, love nature and trying new things...well to an extent, I cant imagine what it would take to get me to bungee-jump or leap out of a perfectly good airplane :)

I am definitely very artsy, and I just started getting into photography as well. Im not afraid to use a power tool, actually I love home improvement stuff, and Im not afraid to take on a project that is way over my head. Maybe thats good, maybe thats bad, but Im always up for a challenge.

I like cooking, bike riding, rollerblading, all that good stuff. Getting together with family and friends, going out and enjoying different activities and things going on. I love the sunshine way more than the snow. Ive been snorkling, though I was scared of sharks the whole time, and Ive climbed a waterfall, that was amazing fun.

Mostly, I just like to experience everything out there, and want to find someone that would enjoy doing that with me. Oh yeah, I also play video games :)

I've never been any good at describing myself. I am easy-going and in a perpetually good mood. I can find a good time just about anywhere; though "anywhere" lately tends to be a pub, stadium, or somewhere with friends. Ok so this is hard to do. Trying to describe oneself without sounding conceited is not an easy thing to do. I am a divorced mom looking for someone to have a friendship that may or may not turn into something long term. I have been told by many people that I am pretty, but to me that is very subjective and if all you are looking for is someone with a pretty face and no substance than I am not the person for you. - My name is Kenny. I was born in Hempstead/ New York City, New York and left there when I ws 6 years old, against my will. I spent the next 14 years growing up and learning about life in Houston/ Alief, Texas. I was then given a choice to stay there, or move to Chicago/ Lake in the Hills, Illinois. I chose to get out of Texas...it was a life goal and it was on my own terms.

- I'm told I'm a funny and likable guy. Easy to talk to...people tend to find themselves really comfortable with me. I don't know where it came from, but it's been like this my entire life, and I have grown to appreciate this quirk about myself. I have a decent sense of humor, but when it comes to me making people laugh, it's basically inside jokes. I feel like I'm too personal to do stand up, and if I did stand up...it'd probably bitter-yet-funny stuff about dating...because it's one of those things everyone can relate to no matter what walk of life they come from.

- I'm pretty laid back most of the time. I like to draw, but I don't do it nearly as much as I should anymore. I can't explain why this is, but I've been struggling to get myself back into the swing of things. I don't feel like this sort of thing should be a struggle. It bothers me. Movie going is something I enjoy doing a lot...in some ways, you could consider it an escape, a chance to view another "world" if you will. I'm into video games, but I know when to put the controller down and leave the house. I always valued the company of people over the company of a controller and console...but there's nothing wrong with combining the two, either! I perfer chillin' with people somewhere like a friends house or a park or something over going to a club or a bar...although I wouldn't rule out either in the case of a musical act. Speaking of which...I haven't been to a show in a good while...

- I lead a sober life. I don't call myself "straight-edge" and it bothers me when people call me that. I don't have some sort of overly dramatic reasoning for being sober...I never lost anyone to anything, it's just that I never saw the point in doing any of those things. I don't see a point in smoking ciggs because they fuck up your lungs, and I kinda like breathing. If you wanna smoke, fine...but I still think it's stupid to do that. I don't drink because I don't see the point in having to get myself "buzzed" or "fucked up" to enjoy my time...I think if you're a fun person, you don't need additives. I don't do drugs because of the after effects...much like smoking...it's just silly to me to knowingly fuck up your body like that...moderation or no. Weed...won't fuck with that either...its more pointless to me than anything else I listed...and I don't give two shits as to wether or not it should be considered a drug, or if it's more or less harmful than ciggs or anything. I just don't care. HOWEVER...I am friends with plenty of people that smoke, toke, drink, have done/do drugs...I used to be anti-everything...but there was a point in my early teenage years that I figured out the world works not in black and white, but various shades of grey. I re-evaluated my beliefs and while I still lead the sober life...I'm WAY more tolerant of others than I used to be. When it comes to a chick I would want to date...I could tolerate SOME smoking ciggs and SOME drinking...but not much else...PREFERABLY, she'd be sober too...but shit...a sober chick worth dating is extremely hard to find.

I'm 5'8", in pretty good shape as I play ice hockey three or more times a week (goalie), well educated and articulate, own my own home and know how to have a good time. I work in accounting but don't let that fool you, we are a wild and crazy bunch.

You can find me anywhere from OzzFest to the Ren Faire. Generally I get along great with everyone and have fun most everywhere I go. I'm a movie person and I have been known to talk in movie-speak. Have a membership to the Art Institute and love going to the Shakespeare Theater on Navy Pier. Also have season tickets to the Chicago Fire soccer team, Go Fire!, and sit in the soccer hooligan section. They are the most fun. Avid Bears fan and support Manchester United. Love to travel and generally try to leave the country at least once per year. I brew my own mead, booze made from honey, and am getting pretty darn good at it. I make an amazing Bourbon Pecan Pie.

I enjoyed Florence much more than Rome. Something about the rolling hills and the De Medici palace that made it much more magical than the moped infested Rome. And David will awe you more than you think it could. Paris is much better than Moscow. Cleaner, brighter and much friendlier than youâ??d think. Notre Dame is glorious and St Basil's is very drab on the inside. Scandinavia looks as much like a Swiss Miss box as Switzerland. NEVER go swimming in the North Sea, funny story. Leave that to the Caribbean, namely the scuba diving off Curacao.

I'm not quite the typical guy so I'm hard to classify. Basically I'm a well rounded guy that tries to enjoy my life to the fullest, be it women, food, drink or whatever. Hedonism, with all its wonders, just wraps around me like a warm blanket on a cold night.

I'm 24, living in the far Northwest Burbs of Chicago. I enjoy living on my own. Right now I reside in an apt, but with the housing market the way it is, when the lease is up, that could easily change. I drive a Toyota Tacoma X-Runner 6-Speed Manual Transmission Pickup. I got myself a new Laptop recently, with Windows 7 (no Vista for me - yuck).

I am looking forward to the new Buffalo Wild Wings that is about to open on Highway 14/Northwest Highway here in Crystal Lake. Gotta have one of those in "stumbling" distance so to speak. Love the wings, love the beer, love the sports,, love the buzztime trivia, love the atmosphere, and so far, always loved the waitresses at ones I have been to in the past ;)

I'm a big fan of sports talk radio. My radio dial is set to 670 AM during the day on weekdays, listening to Mully & Hanley, Hampton & Holmes, Mike Murphy, and Boers & Bernstein. The shows are great.

Nighttime and on the weekends, the radio dial is on 99.5 FM for some country music. I have become a country music fan. I like the songs, the artists, the tunes, and usually the back-stories, even though they are, shall we say, sensationalized a little bit by the Nashville Country Music Promoters. But Whatever.

And I am totally ready for Spring, Baseball Season, and my Cubbies!!!

This will sum it up:

When I eat a piece of hard candy, I suck on it for about 5 seconds, then I just start chewing it.

I am a fairly relaxed person; at the same time, I also do my best work when under massive pressure. I like life best when its either utterly frantic, letting me push myself and test my limits, or relaxed and leisurely, just cracking jokes and taking things as they come.

I love to hang out with friends and just watch stupid movies or play games. When I have large amounts of time to kill I will usually read whatever random articles I can find around the internet or play puzzle games. I also enjoy drinking socially, dancing, etc.; most anything that is just about having a good time. I love reading and writing, although I don't do either as much as I'd like.

Honesty is major for me in a relationship; honesty is the cornerstone for the relationship as a whole. Also, although I enjoy helping out people work through their troubles, I am not looking for anyone who has their own herd of drama-llamas. I recently got out of a relationship which ended on good terms because of the long-distance between us, so I'm open to pretty much anything at the moment; long-term is more than welcome if it happens, but just dating is fine too.

And for the record, this website (and online dating in general) still feels very strange to me. So I'll gladly strike up a conversation if you message me first, but I probably won't message you before that (since messaging someone who doesn't know me gives me a distinct "creepy pick-up line" feeling).

I'm very fun loving, and one of the most optimistic people there are. I love what I do. I'm a student in college, and I teach TaeKwon-Do. I like cars, I have owned over ten! And right now I drive a BMW M3. It's my baby right now, since I have no girlfriend, but that doesn't mean I don't want one! I'm easy to like, very out-going, and loyal, I'm looking for the same in a girl.

Well my name is Sara, and I am 24 years old. As for the type of person I am I would have to say that I am a pretty nice person, but I am very sarcastic so people tend to mistake that with something else. I am a very family oriented person I love them even when I hate them. I think I am a pretty laid back go with the flow person. I like to do many many things not going to list them here.
